Next, we will schedule an on-site consultation to access your space, take measurements, and listen to what you envision for your project!
Once you have approved your estimate, signed our contract, and made your deposit, you will be added to our schedule.
We will connect with you before the start of your project to confirm your paint colors. We are here to help and offer guidance with your color choice, but we do not choose your colors for you.
We pride ourselves on starting our interior projects when we say we will. If you have an exterior project, your start date may change due to inclement weather. If this is the case, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible and let you know your new start date.
Upon starting your project, if we find there is additional work needed than what was included in your initial quote, we will ask you to review and approve those changes before we start the work.
After your project is completed to your satisfaction, we will ask you to fill out a testimonial and feedback form. Your feedback is very important to us since it helps us improve our services for you, our customers.
